Robert Half Accounting Assistant in MATTAWAN, Michigan

We have a client in Mattawan looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team. The Accounting Assistant will wear many hats but will mainly assist with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Other job duties include:
Populating customer/vendor waivers
Check invoices for accuracy
Run AR Aging reports for the sales team
Update Cash Flow Sheets
Data entry into Sage software
Other Accounting functions
Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is required. Experience with AIA billing would be a huge plus. Microsoft Excel experience is necessary.
