Daily tasks may consist of data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. Based in the Maumee, Ohio area, this permanent position is a great opportunity. In this role, the candidate will be expected to work with both the internal team and external customers and therefore, must possess outstanding communication skills.

What you get to do every single day

  • Comprise data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

  • Assist in office efficiency by carrying out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

  • Build and run custom reports

  • Process payroll for US and Canada, including but not limited to payments for Executives, Expatriates, Shadow Payrolls, imputed income, Equity Compensation including Restricted Stock Units, Stock Options, SARs, and Performance Shares.

  • Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals

  • Ensure reports are distributed as instructed

  • Maintain employee confidence by delivering instruction and training to employees regarding the function of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.


  • Payroll Tax experience

  • Practical knowledge of ADP Financial Services

  • Background working with Gross to Net

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian Payroll

  • Adeptness in SAP HR Payroll

  • Payroll experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll

  • Good understanding of Taxable Fringe

  • Earlier work involving international expatriate taxes

  • Garnishment Calculations experience highly preferred

  • Process Payroll experience

  • Payroll for over 500 employees experience

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

  • Outstanding data entry skills

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong Knowledge of Excel, SAP Payroll and ADP GlobalView

  • Skillful in learning new processes and systems

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Tax
