Robert Half Creative and Marketing is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Strategist for a permanent remote opportunity. In this role you will:
• Lead teams and staff in the successful execution of project tasks in a manner that achieve client, project and internal goals
• Contribute to development of new practices, methods and deliverables.
• Support projects, marketing, and business development as needed.
Candidates should have a relevant degree and more than 6 years of experience conducting CX or UX research and Design. This is a great role for an individual with advanced UX and consultancy experience.
