Description We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team in MCADOO, Pennsylvania. The role involves collaborating with the finance team to analyze financial data related to operations. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in monitoring and reporting financial results for the business, developing recommendations for improvement, and implementing new accounting and internal control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the finance team to analyze and interpret financial data related to operations

• Supporting the operations leadership in monitoring and reporting financial results for the business

• Developing and offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new accounting and internal control processes

• Utilizing cost accounting principles and excellent business analysis, particularly in inventory business and capital expenditure processes

• Supporting the month-end close process including reconciliations and analysis with local ownership of inventory and construction in progress

• Working closely with operational teams to understand and align financial goals with business objectives

• Contributing to the development of financial strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability

• Supporting financial planning/budget process for the site, including the preparation of annual budgets

• Pursuing personal goals towards excellence including certifications and continuing education. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CapEx

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Experience with Expense Reporting

• Strong overall Finance skills.
