Description
Our Fortune 50 Client is looking to hire a Department Assistant Receptionist in McAllen, Texas. The Department Assistant Receptionist manages front desk operations, coordinates patient flow, and handles patient scheduling among other duties. The Department Assistant Receptionist is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients
· Coordinate patient flow
· Calling to schedule patients
· Calling to Confirm Apts.
· Working on Schedule and EMR
Requirements
3 years of related work experience including data entry
3 years of experience in a medical office setting
Ability to read and interpret office forms and insurance cards and understand referrals
Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency
