This position is also BONUS ELIGIBLE. The Accounts Receivable/B2B Collections Specialist will be given autonomy to build and/or improve collections processes. You're a good fit for this Accounts Receivable/Collections position if you can resolve complex billing issues by troubleshooting issues with key stakeholders in the organization. This person will be in regular communication with customers and other departments, and should enjoy this aspect of the job to be truly successful.
