We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager. This role is centered around optimizing and automating various processes within the D365 Business Central system for improved efficiency and performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining operations with a focus on Shopify and Avatax integration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of D365 Business Central.

• Analyze current business processes, identify shortcomings, and develop strategies to improve these areas.

• Liaise with inventory/manufacturing team to ensure accurate data input and smooth functionality of modules.

• Troubleshoot issues relating to D365 Business Central and serve as the point of contact for any system concerns.

• Address challenges with credit card and gift card payments through Shopify, working towards a solution that reflects these as distinct payments within BC.

• Implement improved procedures for placing POs and maintaining data responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

• Work closely with Avatax to provide satisfactory integration with our system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Provide training and support to team members on the daily use of the system, helping to address any questions or concerns.

• Utilize skills in Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, Consulting, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Shopify
