Description
Our client in McLean, VA is looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities include:
• Facilitating the efficient management of accounts receivable
• Generating and sending invoices to customers
• Processing daily cash receipts and credit card payments
• Assisting in month-end closing of receivables
• Monitoring customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and irregularities
• Conducting regular customer follow-ups and resolving any discrepancies
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is preferred!
Requirements
Requirements:
• High School Degree or Associate's degree
• At least 1+ year of relevant accounts receivable experience
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
