Responsibilities:
Handle the ordering of office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Provide hospitality services, ensuring visitors are well-cared for and their needs are met.
Manage the process of filing office and legal documents for efficient record-keeping.
Take on support overflow work from other administrative staff to maintain productivity.
Handle incoming communications by answering, screening, and directing calls, as well as taking messages.
Perform mail duties, including receiving, reviewing, and distributing incoming mail following specified procedures.
Act as the key contact for internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and delivering high-quality customer service.
