Description

Jamie Benway with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst! As a Financial Analyst with this well respected company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance, analyze market trends, and develop forecasts that contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance metrics, trends, and variances.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

  • Collaborate with departments to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning purposes.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within financial operations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

  • Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
