Description
Jamie Benway with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst! As a Financial Analyst with this well respected company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance, analyze market trends, and develop forecasts that contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance metrics, trends, and variances.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Collaborate with departments to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning purposes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within financial operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
