Robert Half International Account Operations Administrative Assistant in MECHANICSBURG, Pennsylvania

There is a terrific long-term contract-to-full-time Administrative Assistant opening in the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania area with one of our dynamic Investment organizations! The role is Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm; though the hours may be flexible.

What you get to do every day:

  • Assist the team with opening accounts for new and existing clients; and continued maintenance of those accounts

  • Assist in completing compliance requirements for new and existing accounts

  • Assist in the annual account review process

  • Distribute Investment Policy Statements to clients annually

  • Assist with check and wire process

  • Help put together books, training materials, and other documents

  • Provide administrative support for diverse projects as needed in the operations and compliance areas

  • Other tasks delegated by the Account Operations Manager



  • 2+ years of commensurate Administrative Support experience

  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Intermediate skill level in Word) / Adobe Standard or Pro skill a plus

  • Excellent attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to a positive work environment

  • Adaptable / Flexible and enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction

  • Written and oral communications are clear, organized, and effective
