Description
We need your help during open enrollment! We are seeking Temporary Benefits Coordinators to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Although this is a temporary role, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our employee experience. The ideal candidate will be available to support our team until January 2025. The Benefits Coordinator will ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments, respond to benefits-related inquiries, and assist in the enrollment process through our HRIS database.
Responsibilities:
Answer employee inquiries related to benefits information in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve benefits-related issues effectively when they arise.
Conduct audits of employee records and files
Maintain up-to-date employee benefits records and files.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions.
Support the benefits team in administrative duties related to open enrollment processes.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing employee benefits.
Knowledge of benefits administration, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with HRIS systems
