Description
Robert Half is currently seeking a bookkeeper for a property management company in the Doral area. This role is Contract to hire.
Job duties:
Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
Generate financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Assisting with the maintenance of the general ledger by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
Processing invoices and verifying expenses.
Ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.

Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or business, preferred
Intermediate excel
Bilingual- english and spanish
Software proficient in Quickbooks Desktop or ERP Software
Role is ONSITE
