Description
We are working with a industry-leading company with a proven track record of success and innovation. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent employment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
Aid in evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Guide cost/budget analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Work with confidential financial data and maintain its integrity.
Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Outstanding analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage large data sets, interpret financial records, make projections and present insights.
