Robert Half International Configuration Analyst in Melbourne, Florida

Description

Translate required supporting documentation from employer group or broker into the implementation wizard.

Document any missing requirements or needed clarification.

Configuration and test the employer group’s Benefits Administration site.

Provide updates and collaborate with Launch Team to ensure all deadlines are met as expected.

Complete internal testing of configuration and create client-specific testing procedures.

Identify and escalate potential risks to the timeline to the Project Team.

Document any custom configuration items for client training and ongoing support teams.

Work with Data Team to coordinate the conversion and loading of client census and enrollment data.

Complete configuration changes as required for EDI on any of the electronic interfaces.

Review employer group data discrepancies, validation, and recalculation report errors with Project Team; reconfigure as necessary to address errors.

Occasionally, attend client calls as needed.

Retain accountability for successful configuration and testing of the client system.

Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager.

All other duties as deemed necessary by management, including support of clients in other workstreams as capacity demands.

Requirements

High School Diploma (college degree preferred) or job experience equivalency

1-3 years in a related field

High technical aptitude

Must demonstrate above-average initiative, self-reliance and autonomy, with the judgment to know when to involve others, and how to set priorities of the work functions assigned

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Ability to be an effective team member

Must be able to work outside of normal work hours

Strong prioritization and time management skills
