Robert Half International Office Assistant in Melbourne, Florida


OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges to join a company in the Construction/Contractor industry. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. This role is a long-term temporary opportunity and is located in the Melbourne, Florida area.


  • Support a variety of projects for other employees

  • Greet and direct visitors

  • Handle telephone calls

  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes


  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Permitting experience highly desired

  • Administrative Office experience desired

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word

  • Construction Industry experience preferred

  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook

  • Demonstrated knowledge of filing

  • Adeptness in scanning

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
