Description
Tax Manager for Melrose Park , Illinois, United States. The role of a Tax Manager - Corporate is pivotal to our operations, and we are looking to welcome an individual who can handle the Federal/ State tax provisions responsibilities outlined below with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a highly visible role to leadership with the opportunity to work with an outside CPA firm. They are looking for a talented individual who can grow as they grow.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and maintain corporate tax provisions and schedules
• Act as the primary liaison for CPA and external taxing authorities.
• Responsible for federal and state tax with outside firm.
• Take charge of non-income tax matters (eg. sales and use and personal property tax)
• Oversee the review of monthly and annual U.S. income tax provisions
• Coordinate necessary information for compliance process with various company subsidiaries and outside service providers
• Handle the review of all U.S. income and franchise tax returns and annual report filings
• Assemble necessary transfer pricing documentation and address initiative requirements.
Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 plus years of tax compliance experience and provisions.
• Ability to manage and direct tax strategies and planning
