Your responsibilities
-Hands-on participation with and management of a team in ensuring month close deadlines are met
-Participation in budget preparation, forecasting, and monthly departmental review and reporting
-Support Controller in preparing analytics and reports for Board meetings
-Mentor, guide, and manage well-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-Not for profit industry experience
- Comfortable with technology including Excel, General ledger software
-Month close experience; budget preparation
Strong problem-solving skills
5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
