Robert Half Account Manager in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Memphis, Tennessee. This role revolves around the insurance and construction industry, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, plumbing companies, etc. You will also be required to keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry and relay feedback from agents and staff to the company. This role will be mostly in the field, doing face-to-face time with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's value additions to Insurance agents and companies.

• Initiate face-to-face visits with insurance agent's offices to introduce and promote mitigation and construction services.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local plumbing and water mitigation companies.

• Facilitate the development of new relationships in undeveloped markets.

• Monitor and track claims sent from each agent quarterly.

• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in the insurance and construction industry.

• Coordinate with project managers to assist their ongoing relationships.

• Harness social media marketing and web-based marketing to grow the company's presence.

• Work closely with the administrative coordinator on social media reviews from customers.

• Use CRM to process customer applications and maintain accurate records.

• Handle customer inquiries and take appropriate actions based on the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements • Proficient in using CRM systems for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
