Summary:

Join our client's dynamic team as the Fixed Assets Accounting Manager and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the organization's processes. You'll be at the forefront of executing period close activities for Fixed Assets while spearheading transformative changes across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring precision and compliance.

• Dive deep into complex journal entries, showcasing your top-notch accounting and analytical skills to uphold US GAAP and company standards.

• Thrive in the spotlight by accommodating internal and external audit requests with finesse.

• Champion process enhancements, especially in Fixed Assets automation, driving efficiency and accuracy.

• Take the helm in managing, modeling, and forecasting depreciation and Capex, providing invaluable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Tax, Internal Controls, and Planning Teams to deliver spot-on forecasting.

• Extend your expertise to our International Accounting Team, shaping the future of fixed asset management and forecasting processes.

• Keep the gears turning by overseeing weekly fixed asset flows with precision and agility.

• Partner with tax experts to deliver accurate and timely bonus depreciation figures, ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits.

• Lead and inspire the Fixed Asset team personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Embrace other key responsibilities as they arise, always ready to tackle new challenges head-on.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, backed by a minimum of five years of relevant experience or equivalent.

• Bring your leadership skills to the table with previous supervisory experience.

• Possess an MBA or CPA certification, setting you apart as a top-tier candidate.

• Showcase your prowess in research, analysis, and problem-solving, with a knack for tackling complex issues.

• Command advanced Microsoft Excel skills, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

• Demonstrate a talent for procedure development, implementation, and process improvement, fueling our organization's growth.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines with ease.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel is required

• Must have experience with Month End Close procedures

• Ability to Analyze Variance, Inventory Variance, and perform Variance Analysis

• Must be able to provide thorough Variance Explanations

• Experience with Balance Sheets and Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation is necessary

• Must be capable of conducting Complex Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis is required

• Experience with Financial Close Process is essential

• Must be able to conduct Financial Forecast

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

• detail oriented accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is desirable

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of accounting software and administration systems.
