We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our team located in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves supervising the monthly accounting and tax process while providing outstanding service to our clients. The successful candidate will have frequent interactions with clients, ensuring smooth workflow throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the monthly accounting and tax process.

• Provide exceptional personal service to a section of our small business clients.

• Develop and maintain long-lasting working relationships with clients.

• Manage and work with various types of small business owners.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare tax returns, including IRS Form 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120F.

• Utilize Quickbooks ProAdvisor for various accounting tasks.

• Maintain a current CPA designation and continuously update knowledge and skills in the field.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Demonstrated experience with Month-end Close Activities

• Proficiency in handling IRS Form 1065, Form 1120, IRS Form 1120F, and E1040

• Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor

• Holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Designation

• Ability to manage and supervise a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
