Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is within the finance industry and will involve maintaining the accuracy of financial records and resolving payment discrepancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating unapplied cash and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
Responsibilities:
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in unapplied cash and payments
• Collaborating with clients to reconcile accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Analyzing Accounts Receivable data to identify and correct errors
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when needed
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools effectively in performing job functions
• Handling Billing Functions and Cash Activity efficiently
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and CRM tools for customer management.
• Applying knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in daily tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Strong skills in CRM
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to manage Billing Functions
• Experience with Cash Activity management
