We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our accounting department. Job Responsibilities: Process invoices and ensure clients are billed accurately and on time Posting and reconciling customer payments to the general ledger Contacting clients about discrepancies in payment Perform account reconciliations regularly and resolve any discrepancies Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities Assist with month-end closing Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding issues Follow up on, collect and allocate payments Prepare and submit reports detailing accounts receivable status Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Strong data entry skills along with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
