Description The permanent Engagement Professionals division is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses, and overhead to guide our financial decisions. Your significant statistical findings and recommendations will directly influence critical business decisions by improving our operational efficiency and driving the company’s financial plans and policies. Responsibilities: Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models Identify trends, review costs, and conduct a benchmark against budgets Analyze complex financial information and deliver accurate forecasting reports to management Understand financial performance to align with business strategies Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor financial variances Perform financial reporting and operational metrics tracking Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; and identifying trends Requirements Qualifications: 2-3 years of business finance or other relevant experience High proficiency in financial modelling techniques and advanced knowledge of Excel Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills At Robert Half, we are committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
