Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Background working with Phone Interview
Strong familiarity with Corporate Recruiting
Full Cycle Recruiting experience preferred
Previous experience working with Phone Screens
Taleo experience required
Adeptness in Recruiting Efforts
Recruiting Activities experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Recruiting Initiatives
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Events
Conducting Phone Screens experience highly valued
Comprehensive knowledge of Taleo Recruiting Software
Comprehension of Microsoft Outlook
General familiarity with Recruiting Functions
Prior experience with Excel Formulas
Good understanding of Screen Interviews
Recruiting personnel experience highly preferred
Earlier work involving Schedule Interviews
