Description Remote Call Center Opportunity
Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls from internal employees regarding payroll concerns • Efficiently resolve payroll issues and issue missing payments • Follow provided scripts and guidelines for escalation calls and payment submission • Maintain strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information handled • Work comfortably in a call center environment, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette • Show a strong attention to detail and a detail oriented manner at all times • Use PC OS and templates to execute tasks and communicate effectively • Utilize customer service skills to ensure resolution of customer issues • Perform duties in a reliable and consistent manner, demonstrating strong numeric and KPH skills. Requirements *Must live local to Greater Memphis area 100% remote Shift: 10:30 - 7:00 PM Call Center Experience required $16/hr
