Robert Half Sales Compensation Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

We are offering a REMOTE contract to permanent opportunity for a Sales Compensation Analyst. This role is pivotal for managing the sales compensation programs in alignment with our business objectives and legal compliance. The role involves comprehensive oversight of different aspects of compensation plans and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with our sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer sales compensation plans, including incentive structures, and bonuses for the sales team.

• Conduct regular audits of sales compensation data to ensure data integrity, compliance with laws, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Analyze sales performance and compensation data in-depth to identify trends, pay disparities, and opportunities for program optimization.

• Collaborate with external vendors and participate in benchmarking activities to gather market data and ensure competitive compensation packages.

• Assist in the design and implementation of compensation tools and technology to automate sales compensation tracking, reporting, and payment processes.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports to communicate compensation outcomes, sales performance, and plan effectiveness to leadership.

• Ensure that sales compensation practices comply with company policies and all relevant labor laws.

• Work cross-functionally to assess business needs and deliver compensation solutions that enhance sales performance.

• Provide regular training and guidance to managers and the sales team on compensation plans, pay structures, and incentive programs.

• Participate in special projects as required, including system enhancements, compensation reviews, and process improvements.

Requirements

3 years of experience in compensation with a focus on sales compensation.

Certification in compensation or related fields e.g. CCP CPP preferred.

Experience in mergers and acquisitions MA or integration projects is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Proven sales ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Proficient in creating detailed reports and presenting them to stakeholders.

Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.

Experience in training and developing team members to enhance their skills.

Strong planning and organization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Advanced analytics skills to interpret complex data and derive insights.

Knowledge in compliance regulations and standards within the industry.

Familiarity with planning processes and ability to streamline them for efficiency.

Experience in Human Resources (HR) administration and management.

Creative design skills to create visually appealing presentations and reports.

Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations. Understanding of finance principles and their application in business.

Experience in auditing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.

Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.

Knowledge of industry regulations and ability to ensure company compliance.

Proven success in implementing new systems or processes within a business.

Experience in automation of tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

Understanding of industry practices and ability to adapt them to the company's needs.

Skills in optimization of processes and systems for better performance.

Proficient in data analysis to inform decision making.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Experience in implementing and adhering to best practices.

Proficient in KPI reporting to track performance and inform strategy.

Mastery of Microsoft Office Suites for efficient task completion.
