Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher based in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be similar to a call center operator, monitoring security systems and cameras, and handling calls from various locations. You will be required to liaise with alarm companies and law enforcement, while maintaining good communication skills and the ability to handle emergency or crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems and cameras to ensure the safety of the premises

• Respond to calls from managers or different locations promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with alarm companies for alarm alerts and verification

• Initiate contact with law enforcement when necessary

• Maintain a calm demeanor and work through problems during emergency or crisis situations

• Utilize database security skills to safeguard sensitive information

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

• Manage computer files effectively and ensure data accuracy.

Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM, MUST have weekend availability

Requirements • Proficiency in Database Security, ensuring sensitive information is protected and accessible only by authorized personnel.

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in managing Computer Files, including creating, saving, and updating digital documents.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

• Proficient in relevant computer software and dispatching systems.

• Strong geographical knowledge to efficiently coordinate and dispatch teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work in different shifts and extended hours if necessary.

• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
