Robert Half International Senior Benefits Administrator in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

Senior Benefits Administrator needed for corporate office based in Memphis, TN. This position is responsible for assisting with the review and design of benefits plan, conducting research on benefit programs including legal, regulatory compliance, costing and utilization. Senior Benefits Administrator will analyze data from the benefits system and provide leadership and support to the benefits team. Senior Benefits Administrator will manage the company's employee 401K plan and deferred compensation plan administration and compliance.
