Analyze, program, and deploy Salesforce.com software packages or code.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in Service Cloud development, configuration, features, Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, automations using Lightning Flows, Apex Trigger, Approval Process, sharing rules, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and integrating Salesforce with external systems using the Salesforce APIs and third-party REST-based APIs.
Work on career-development projects within the field, requiring moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within the discipline.
Conduct tasks and assignments as directed, with the ability to work under moderate supervision and some latitude for independent judgment.
Six to eight years of Salesforce experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Expertise in Service Cloud development, configuration, and features.
Experience in automations using Lightning Flows, Apex Trigger, Approval Process, sharing rules, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events.
Strong integration skills, including integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs and third-party REST-based APIs.
Salesforce Certified Developer and Service Cloud certifications are a must.
