Your talents will be used to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, build budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. What you get to do every single day

  • Produce monthly consolidated P&L; and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes

  • Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations

  • Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

  • Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing with internal and external auditors

  • Engage in various department-wide initiatives

  • Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests

  • Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary

  • Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process

  • Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly preferred

  • Skilled with ERP systems

  • Detailed and have the ability work independently

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • 3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

  • Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

  • Solid understanding of month end closings

  • Able to manage time well

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

  • SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

  • Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued
