We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team in MEMPHIS, Tennessee, 38120-4003, United States. The role will involve managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including on-premises servers, desktops, and network devices. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, supporting both our theatres and corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain on-premises servers, desktops, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

• Perform various system administration tasks including user account management, patch deployment, and system configuration.

• Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard our network and data.

• Support ticketing systems, point-of-sale systems, and other theatre-specific applications.

• Collaborate with internal teams (concessions, marketing, operations) to provide technical support.

• Document technical processes and procedures.

• Assist with system upgrades and migrations.

• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, VMware to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential for the role.

• Knowledge and experience with Database management are required.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary for this position.

• Expertise in EO/IR systems is a crucial requirement for the job.

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies is important for this role.

• Demonstrated ability and experience in Active Directory is required.

• Experience with Backup Technologies is a key requirement.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential.

• Skills in Configuration Management are required for this role.

• Experience in Deployments is necessary for this position.
