Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Mendota Heights, Minnesota


A non-profit organization in the south metro is seeking a Benefits Administrator/HR Assistant to join their team.

Hours: Full-time, M-F

  • Data entry of benefits information, making changes, adding employees, or terming employees

  • Triaging benefits inbox and responding to general emails to support the HR department

  • Every 2 weeks, provide updates to the team on compliance check lists, check and balances of new and terminated employees

  • Answering inbound phone calls for department and team

  • Utilizing UltiPro to make changes to employee files

  • During open enrollment period, walking employees through general questions

  • Auditing records and compiling reports in HRIS system

Ideally looking for individuals with the following experience:

  • Benefits plans experience

  • UltiPro highly preferred not required

  • HR Coordinator or Generalist role with benefits versus Benefits Analyst

  • Dependable


  • HR (Human Resources) experience

  • Foundational knowledge in HRIS

  • Knowledge of Open Enrollment

  • Solid understanding of benefits administration
