Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Mendota Heights, Minnesota
A non-profit organization in the south metro is seeking a Benefits Administrator/HR Assistant to join their team.
Hours: Full-time, M-F
Data entry of benefits information, making changes, adding employees, or terming employees
Triaging benefits inbox and responding to general emails to support the HR department
Every 2 weeks, provide updates to the team on compliance check lists, check and balances of new and terminated employees
Answering inbound phone calls for department and team
Utilizing UltiPro to make changes to employee files
During open enrollment period, walking employees through general questions
Auditing records and compiling reports in HRIS system
Ideally looking for individuals with the following experience:
Benefits plans experience
UltiPro highly preferred not required
HR Coordinator or Generalist role with benefits versus Benefits Analyst
HR (Human Resources) experience
Foundational knowledge in HRIS
Knowledge of Open Enrollment
Solid understanding of benefits administration
