Our client is an advisory and wealth management firm with $5 billion AUM.
Associate Tax Wealth Advisor
Menlo Park; Hybrid
Base + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Prepare meeting materials including agendas, reports, and analyses.
Manage the firm's portfolio accounting and performance reporting system.
Help execute client recommendations.
Create financial projections using advanced Excel models.
Aid advisors in assessing client financial strategies through thorough research and analysis in investment, tax, estate, and financial planning areas.
Conduct in-depth research on investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, regulations, and market trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in individual tax return preparation
Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, CFP, or similar designations
Ideally on the path to CFP certification and have experience at another RIA
Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills for financial analysis model development
Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions
