An esteemed venture capital firm in Palo Alto is on the hunt for a seasoned Tax Manager to join their Family Office team. This unique role provides the opportunity to work with high-profile entrepreneurs and investors, managing the financial intricacies of their families. Responsibilities:
Overseeing tax returns for family office clients
Nurturing client relationships
Conducting and reviewing tax assessments, extensions, and returns
Performing in-depth tax issue research and responding to notices
Assisting the CFO and Directors on special projects

Requirements
6+ years of experience with tax responsibilities, ideally with high-net-worth clienteles
Familiarity with complex tax forms and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with investment-centric clients is preferred
A high level of attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
CPA is a plus
