Description

We are seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and positive individual to fulfill the role of a Front Desk Coordinator at our non-profit organization. Our organization focuses on serving the community, and we are looking for a standout individual who can confidently manage our front desk operations, warmly greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing them appropriately.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails/deliveries to the respective departments/personnel.

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

  • Assist in arranging meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling travel arrangements for staff.

  • Support organization event planning, including logistics, attendee registration, and setting up materials.

  • Maintain office security by following safety protocols, monitoring guest logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, coordination of conference room schedules, and provide reminders for key staff members.

  • Assist in maintaining the professional appearance of the front office area.

  • Resolve administrative problems efficiently and professionally.

  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required. An associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.

  • Dedication to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.

  • Commitment to the values and mission of the organization.
