Key Responsibilities:
Manage financials for investment funds and the management company.
Collaborate on analytical projects, including valuations and comparative analyses.
Oversee data collection from portfolio companies.
Support the investor relations team and Limited Partners (LPs).
Lead quarterly and annual closings, and prepare financial statements, including drafting quarterly reports for investors.
Work with Finance and Investor Relations on capital call and distribution allocations, and manage/prepare audit confirmation requests for LPs and portfolio companies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience or audit experience in Private Equity**
CPA license preferred.
Flexible team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and experience in high-performance teams.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerPoint.
