Robert Half Desktop Support Technician in Mentor, Ohio

This Desktop Support Analyst role is a permanent opportunity based in the Mentor, Ohio, area.
Your responsibilities
Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Requirements - 2+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Microsoft Office 365 experience desired
Experience with DHCP DNS
Windows OS experience preferred
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
