Description
We are looking for a Sr Corporate Controller to join our team in Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, including cash flow analysis, manufacturing, and capital management. This role is integral to our operations and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by applying company policies, government regulations, and accounting principles
• Conduct and lead cash flow analysis to anticipate future financial trends and forecast the company's financial direction
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline manufacturing processes and optimize production costs
• Develop and implement capital management strategies to maximize return on investment
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and maintain financial control procedures to mitigate risks
• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
Requirements • Proficient in Capital Management
• Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
