We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller based in Mequon, Wisconsin, 53092, United States. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing all financial aspects of our operations and managing a team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial reporting standards.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements and reports, highlighting financial performance, trends, and potential areas of risk.
• Leading the finance team, efficiently allocating resources and responsibilities to achieve departmental objectives.
• Fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the team through continuous training and development.
• Continual monitoring of financial performance, providing insights on variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Overseeing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve cash flow management.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining robust internal controls.
• Participating in audits and implementing recommendations as necessary.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the management team.
Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in 3M
• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using CRM tools
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Auditing processes
• Experience with Budget Processes
• Ability to handle Month-end Close Activities
• Knowledge of Month-end Financial operations
• Experience in preparing Month-end Journal Entries
• Ability to prepare Month-end Reports
• Experience in performing Month-end tasks
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct
• Experience with Budgeting - Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Proficiency in Cost Accounting
• Experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting
• Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required
