Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and entry-level IT Technician with a passion for IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for both software and hardware issues, primarily within our data center. Key responsibilities include:
Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Data Center Operations: Assist with the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of data center equipment.
Hardware/Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Communication: Deliver clear and effective communication with end-users and team members.
Qualifications:
Strong interest and passion for IT.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
