Description We are offering a unique role in the healthcare industry located in Mequon, Wisconsin, 53024, United States. This role involves working as a Patient Access Specialist, where the primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless data management and patient record handling. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accurate and efficient input of paper-based data into computer systems.

• Organize and maintain physical records to facilitate seamless digitization processes.

• Work collaboratively with team members to confirm and validate data entries for completeness and consistency.

• Utilize software tools and techniques, such as CRM, EHR SYSTEM, McKesson, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites, to streamline data entry tasks and enhance productivity.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive patient information during the digitization process.

• Run records and match appropriate records to the patient in the system, ensuring accuracy in all patient-related data.

• Handle claim administration, cash activity, and billing functions while adhering to the highest standards of service and professionalism.

• Address complaints and queries related to patient data and records in a timely and efficient manner.

• Contribute to benefit functions by maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient benefit information in the system. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

• Familiarity with McKesson software

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Proficient in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
