Key responsibilities
Find and collect data according to company time frames
Respond to questions about records and files
Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines
Offer assistance as necessary for other employees on diverse projects
Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees
Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing
Handle clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing Requirements
Word and Excel experience is desired
Applicants are suggested to hold 1 year of File Clerk experience
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Strong organization skills
Efficient in handling office equipment
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Filing experience preferred
Deep understanding of Paper Filing
e-Filing experience
