Description

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by applying company policies, government regulations, and accounting theory
• Implement and oversee various financial systems, processes, tools and control systems
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage the budgeting process and monitor departmental budgets
• Oversee the capital structure of the company, determine financing and manage treasury
• Work alongside other C-level team members and become a vital part of company's overall strategy
Requirements • Must have proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within a finance department
• Proficiency in the use of 3M and other relevant accounting software systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement
• Should demonstrate a deep understanding of CapEx
• Experience in using CRM for client management is necessary
• Proficiency in accounting functions including auditing, budget processes, and capital management
• Must have a strong background in cash flow analysis
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have a strong ethical code and respect confidentiality
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, a master's degree or CPA is preferred.
