Permanent Payroll and Benefits Position Available!
Robert Half is searching for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for an amazing organization. The ideal specialist will have 4+ years of payroll experience for 300+ employees, understand payroll laws, and ADP Workforce Now experience. Benefits expereince is a huge plus, but is not required because they are willing to train on that aspect for the right candidate.
This position is 100% onsite, has amazing benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 12 sick days, 11 holidays!

Requirements
Strong organization skills
Payroll for over 300 employees experience required
Strong familiarity with Payroll Law
ADP Workforce Now experience
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous payroll experience
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Eagerness to master new systems
Knowledgeable in Payroll software
