Description We are in search of a diligent Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team based in Northwest, Indiana. This role encompasses a wide range of accounting functions, including managing general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and month-end prep work. The successful candidate will also be expected to effectively utilize various accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to perform their duties.

Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of the general ledger including data entry and maintenance • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely updating and accurate record-keeping • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports for internal use • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations within the company • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline accounting processes • Handle billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook for communication and management of tasks Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook • Knowledge of Accounting Functions • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in Billing Functions
