Description We are in the process of recruiting a Systems Administrator for our team located in Mesa, Arizona. This position plays a vital role in our telecom industry operations, focusing mainly on the migration process of the on-prem exchange to M365. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the migration process for over 300 users from on-prem exchange to M365.

• Act as the technical lead for the migration project, ensuring effective planning and sensible configurations.

• Provide M365 user training and create necessary documentation.

• Manage server updates and monthly patching tasks.

• Handle changes in permissions, Active Directory/Group Policy Objects (AD/GPO).

• Apply appropriate licenses during the migration process.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Migration, Data Migration.

• Ensure the tactical execution of the migration project is carried out efficiently.

• Effectively use Bit Titan or similar tools for the migration process. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge and experience with Database management

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Understanding of Backup Technologies

• Expertise in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Deployments

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise

• Experience with Migration processes
