Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team located in Metairie, Louisiana. This role is primarily focused on enhancing and modernizing our critical business systems using SQL, SSIS and ETL. The successful candidate will play an integral role in migrating information within our existing system to the new PowerBI infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SQL queries and SQL scripting to enhance our business systems.

• Apply Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Management Studio skills to modernize our systems.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting systems.

• Migrate information within our current system to the new PowerBI infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the IT Director to ensure all systems are operating efficiently.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and other database tools to manage tasks and projects.

• Apply knowledge of EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum methodologies, and Business Requirement Document creation.

• Participate in design and diagramming processes to visualize system changes.

• Use SSIS ETL and Power BI skills to manage and manipulate data. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Solid understanding of business systems and EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of database design and management

• Experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Strong design skills, including the ability to diagram system designs

• Familiarity with SSIS ETL and Power BI

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
