Robert Half Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare organization located in Methuen, Massachusetts. The suitable candidate will be responsible for various aspects of healthcare talent sourcing and acquisition, recruitment strategy development, candidate assessment, relationship management, compliance, and documentation, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards and social media, to attract and identify top-tier medical professionals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust recruitment strategies to meet our healthcare organization's specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications and experience to ensure a perfect match for our organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them engaged and informed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels.

• Promote our healthcare organization to enhance our employer brand presence within the medical community. Requirements • Position requires proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates.

• Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Proven track record in recruiting for healthcare or related industries.

• Previous experience in organizing and executing recruiting activities such as job fairs and networking events.

• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

• Strong understanding of recruiting functions including screening, interviewing, and candidate management.

• Knowledge of the recruiting industry trends and best practices.

• Familiarity with various recruiting sources and platforms, including job boards and social media.

• Experience in high volume recruitment is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
