Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Methuen, MA. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers and dealers, providing solutions for their needs. The job function is primarily centered in a high-volume call center environment, where the focus is on processing customer requests, scheduling services, and maintaining customer relationships. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume of customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Utilize Oracle to accurately process payments and maintain customer records.
• Open customer cases and route them to the appropriate department or dealer for resolution.
• Coordinate training and transportation for machine rentals and ensure they are service-ready.
• Handle insurance interactions for customers to ensure sufficient coverage for machine rentals.
• Serve as the primary contact for rental services, including quoting, invoicing, and taking payments.
• Document all machine intakes, update work orders, and provide estimates to customers in the role of service writing.
• Seek opportunities for revenue generation through shop work and closely collaborate with shop technicians.
Requirements • Proficiency in handling high volume call center operations
• Experience in managing inbound call center tasks
• Demonstrated skills in general call center operations
• Proficiency in Oracle software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
• A customer-focused attitude, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
• Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, and during holidays if necessary
• Bilingual or multilingual skills would be an advantage TalentMatch®
